SUNXIN provide low-cost plastic injection molding services, our company had 120 injection machines (Taiwan LIANSU,80T-1600T),Cleanroom injection workshop :25 high precision injection molding machines(Germany DEMAG ,5OT-100T)that can produce various plastic products.
SUNXIN also has a Gas Injection Process available besides the Standard Plastic Injection Mold Process. We have the capability to design, make or modify tools.

MOULDING COLORING:
Master batches are obtained from quality suppliers in the area thus minimizing problems in color matching. Pantone and RAL colors are available on request. All master batches are mixed in a sterile area with ample dust extraction to ensure no problems with spotting occur.
MOULDING QUANTITY:
SUNXIN operates a very flexible service on supplying smaller quantities of parts with assembly and finishing. All moulds manufactured by ABIS and used in-house are free of any maintenance costs.
